Hotels that list an airport transfer: 29 in the catalogue

29 of the 80 hotels in our catalogue list an airport transfer: 17 in Göreme, 4 in Uçhisar, 3 in Ürgüp, 3 in Mustafapaşa and 2 in Çavuşin, and none of the 2 in Ortahisar. Three more mention transfers only in their text, which makes 32. What the records do not say is more important than what they do: none states which airport the transfer serves, how much it costs or whether it is shared, with one exception on price. This guide lists the 29 by town, shows which of them also offer a 24-hour reception for late arrivals, and gives the questions to settle before you buy a ticket. “n/a” means the record gives no value. Seven of the 29 tick a 24-hour reception, and those seven are the ones to look at for a late-night landing. Seven tick a wake-up service, and 21 tick parking: for 8 hotels the transfer is the only listed way in, since they tick no parking (Arcus, Artemis, Aza, Henna, Taşkonak, Tulip, Dream of Cappadocia and Hu of Cappadocia).

What else the text says

Three records mention transfers without the tick. Göreme Cave Lodge lists a 24-hour front desk with airport transfers. Zara Cave Hotel +10 has an in-house agency that handles balloon tours and VIP transfers. Mimi Cappadocia Luxury Cave Hotel lists a paid airport shuttle, the only record that states a price status.

Two records give a distance, both to Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport: Hu of Cappadocia - Special Class says 35 km, and Yılkı Cave Suites about 52 km. Both also list a transfer, and both say the distance needs a vehicle. Neither record mentions Kayseri Erkilet Airport, and no record says which airport its transfer covers.

Private or shared?

The records do not distinguish. In general a hotel can arrange a private car for your group alone or place you on a shared shuttle that may stop at other hotels, so the second takes longer. Neither is better; they differ in price and in how long you wait. Ask which you are getting, whether the driver waits for a late flight and how many bags are included. Late arrivals and early flights

Check-in is from 14:00 at 75 of the 80 hotels, two start at 13:00, two at 15:00 and one at 14:30. Check-out is at 12:00 at 51 and at 11:00 at 29. Only one record, Konak Bezirhane Cave Otel, lists luggage storage, and it does not list a transfer, so a morning landing means asking each hotel about bags.
